If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.
Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.
Exchanges, Returns, Problems
Can I cancel or change an order?
As in any poker conversation the answer starts with “It depends”….. To cancel or change an order, you must first check with us for the the status of your order to see if this is possible. But the fact is that our order processing and production cycle is pretty quick, so it is probably unlikely that you will be able to – but contact us immediately and we’ll see what can be done. No promises here, but we’ll try!
Note: Please note that once an order begins production, you can no longer make any changes and we cannot stop the shipment of your order. If your order is “in production”, you will not be able to make changes to your order, sorry!
Important: It is best to email us to cancel your order or to make changes, but as e-mails are answered during regular business hours in the order they are received it is possible that your order could have begun production before your e-mail is processed.
Can I exchange or return purchased products?
Each shirt is unique and printed on demand and made to order, so they are not stock items. Because of this fact we just cannot accept returns as we cannot re- sell it. If we make a mistake on an order then, yes, we will exchange it. But if you decide you would prefer a different size, or colour after the order has been processed then I’m afraid we just can’t help you there.
How do I pay for my products?
Payment is currently possible using bank transfer or credit/debit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Diners Club). Only credit card payment ensures that your order is immediately processed and a confirmation email is sent upon completion.
Please note: if you choose bank transfer, products will only be delivered once payment is received. This may cause a delay of up to 3 working days.
How long does it normally take to receive my order once I have paid?
We have a very short processing time and your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received and may take up to two business days to ship. Delivery can take between 4-6 days. Please dont get angry with us if it takes longer.
Once your order has left us we cannot be held accountable for the postman. But please contact us so if there is any delivery problem. We will obviously help to sort it out.
All Mens and Womens garments come in a choice from Small to XL and there are some products that are available in XXL and a few 4XL and even 5XL. Check the sizes box on each product. If you click on the Size Chart you will see a page that describes the products and how the different sizes fit.
Washing, Ironing and Folding
How do I look after my shirt?
In order to get the most out of your new shirt, you should follow these care instructions:
Washing: inside-out at maximum 30°C
Drying: do not tumble dry
Ironing: also inside-out, at medium heat, without steam
Avoid ironing shirts with multiple designs to prevent them from sticking together.
Cleaning: do not dry clean
Tip: T-shirts with flock print designs last longer if they are washed with liquid detergents.
