Payment

Easy payment by credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer

Payment is currently possible using bank transfer, PayPal or credit/debit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Diners Club). Only PayPal and credit card payment ensures that your order is immediately processed and a confirmation email is sent upon completion. Please note: if you choose bank transfer, products will only be delivered once payment is received. This may cause a delay of up to 3 working days.

International payments

For several countries, you can also pay by bank transfer to Spreadshirt’s German bank account. The transaction currency is the Euro. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your order with bank details and the subject heading for the cash transfer. Please note that with bank transfers, products are delivered only once we receive the transfer, which may cause a delivery delay of about 3 working days.

For customers from Switzerland, Spreadshirt has a Swiss account available.

Customers from the EU can avoid high transaction fees by using Spreadshirt’s IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code. Please ask your bank about possible charges before placing your order. Spreadshirt cannot participate in foreign payment fees. Orders will be processed only once we receive the total amount of the bill.

Credit card payments

Spreadshirt accepts Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Diners Club.

Safety and privacy

In order to insure the safety of your payment transactions, Spreadshirt uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate to encrypt all transmitted data. Your personal data is kept confidential. Spreadshirt does not send any unrequested emails; you will receive mailings from us (e.g. with information about new products or designs) only if you sign up for them. Cancellation from these mailings is possible at any time.

Order from non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway)

The gross price of goods in Germany corresponds to the net price for orders from non-EU countries. Customs may possibly levy import taxes to the order if a certain order is exceeded; this will be the responsibility of the recipient. (e.g. Switzerland, Norway: The Swiss VAT amounting to 8% of the value of the goods will be added. Orders from Switzerland valued up to approximately €40 are duty-free).
